Skinny Berries & Cream Dessert🍓🫐  Perfect WW Dessert for the 4th of July!!❤️🤍💙Weight Watchers Recipe. This fresh fruit dessert is easy to make but tastes amazing. The colors of the berries in this make it a perfect dessert for the 4th of July!! Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros and additional nutritional information Included.

Ingredients:
10 oz  Signature Select Angel Food Cake, Round
2- 2 1/2 cups Strawberries, sliced- divided
2 cups Blueberries- divided
1 package (1 oz) Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
2 1/2 cups, divided Plain unsweetened almond milk- divided
80 gm (2 envelopes) Dream Whip Whipped Topping Mix
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2/3 cup Water
2 Tbsp Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol

In a medium saucepan, combine 1 ½ cup blueberries, 1 ½ cup strawberries, Lakanto classic, water, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Lower heat to low and let simmer for 10-15 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Make the dream whip by adding the mix, 1 cup almond milk and 1 tsp vanilla to a mixer and mixing on high speed until it thickens and forms soft peaks.
Mix milk and pudding together, (I like to do this in my nutrabullet for best results!) Add to Dream whip and  fold in. Refrigerate while fruit compote cools.
To assemble:  break cake into small pieces and layer half on the bottom of a 13X9 inch pan. Spread half of whipped mixture on cake then pour the cooked and cooled berries on top. Repeat with remaining cake and whipped mixture. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, or overnight. Top with fresh strawberries and blueberries when read to serve.
