SKINNY Big Mac Mason Jar Salad🍔🥗 High Protein Low Carb WW MEAL PREP- Weight Watchers Friendly Recipe! I love these easy mason jar salads. They are like having a cheeseburger in salad form, and they make a great lunch meal prep! Weight Watchers Points & Calories/Macros and additional nutritional information Included.

Ingredients:
16 oz Uncooked 93% lean ground beef
1 small Sweet onion- chopped
4 oz Mt Olive Hamburger dill chips- chopped
2 Roma tomatoes- diced
1/2 cup Reduced Fat Sharp or Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend
2 cups- chopped Romaine lettuce
3/4 cup Fage Total 0% Nonfat Greek strained yogurt plain
1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise
3 Tbsp G Hughes Sugar Free Ketchup
1 Tbsp Sweet pickle relish
2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Onion powder, divided(½ for meat, ½ for sauce)
1 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic- divided(1 tsp for meat, ½ tsp for sauce)
In a medium pan, on med-high heat, add beef and season with 1 tsp granulated garlic, ½ tsp onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 8-10 minutes. Set meat aside and allow it to cool.
In a small bowl, add Greek yogurt, light mayo, ketchup, relish, vinegar,
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoons organic onion powder, and
1/2 teaspoon organic garlic powder. Whisk Big Mac sauce ingredients together. Divide sauce among 4 mason jars(about ¼ cup each jar). Top with cooled ground beef, then layer with onions, pickles, tomatoes, cheese(2 Tbs each jar) and lettuce.
Store in the fridge up to 4 days. To eat, dump into a bowl, stir to combine.
