Simply Swadisht is a food channel,in which differnt variety of recipes are shown which are easy to make and tasty too.

Ingredients-
Drumstick – 3
For masala-
1 onion, small piece of dry coconut
½ inch ginger, 7 garlic cloves
¼ tsp turmeric, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garm msala powder
1 onion, 1 toomato
Whole spices- 1 bay leaves, ½ inch cinnamon stick, 3 peppercorn, 2 cloves
For tempering- curry leaves,2 green chillis, ½ tsp cumin,1/4 tsp mustard.

Salt, oil
Method-
Roast onion and dry coconut directly on flame.
Once cool cut into fine pieces. Add garlic,ginger, all masalas and water. grind into fine paste.
In a pan , heat oil, put whole spices ,curry leaves,green chillis, cumin and mustard seeds.
Add 1 chopped onion and fry till it turns golden. Add chopped tomato. Cook till it becomes soft. Add ground masala and ½ glass of water, drumsticks and salt. Cook till drumsticks are cooked . add kokum and chopped coriander. Cook for more 3 to 4 mins. once done serve with roti or rice.
