MUtton Rassa Aagri Style-Main course Recipe
ingredients-
Lamb  -350 gms
1onion- sliced cut
7 garlic cloves  , 1/2 inch ginger
whole spices - 1 bay leaf, 2 blackpepper corn, 2 cloves ,1 inch cinamon
2 tsp onion, coconut grind
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 to 4 tspred chilli powder( homemade)
1 tsp garam masala powder (homemade)
salt and oil
Method-
marinate lamb  with 1/2 tsp turmeric, 3 tsp red chilli powder and salt .keep it for atleast 1/2 an hour. heat oil in pan, put whole spices, onion, fry onion till golden brown, add garlic and ginger paste. add marinated lamb and mix well. cook for 10 mins on low flame by covering with lid by keeping water on it.after 10 mins pour that hot water in it and cook for more 30 mins . after 30 mins check if lamb is cooked soft and tender then add 1 tsp garam masala powder and 2 tsp onion coconut paste .
paste receipe-keep onion directly on flame till the outer layer burns completely, then remove the outer layer . take dry coconut and do the same ,keep on flame and roast till it gets burns little bit then slice cut and grind both onion and coconut slice and make a fine paste.)
once garam masala and paste is added cook for 5 mins and your mutton rassa is ready.
