This is a lovely postpartum yoga practice to support reconnecting with the breath, deep abdominals & find gentle mobility throughout the whole body using a small pilates ball if available (practice can be completed without any props, or alternatively use small cushions or block). The whole practice is completed lying down on the mat, encouraging deep restoration.

Suitable from 10 weeks postpartum unless advised otherwise.
