4 medium size boiled potatoes
Ingredients for Kofta Masala:
Coriander Seeds 2 Teaspoon
Dry Fenugreek Leaves Powder 1 Teaspoon
1 Dry Red Chilli
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/4th Tsp Citric Acid Powder
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Dry Mint Powder 1/2 Teaspoon
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Amchoor/ Dry Mango Powder
Kachari Powder 1 Teaspoon
Aloo Masala Ingredients:
3 tbsps Oil
Rai/ Mustard Seeds 1/2 Teaspoon
1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds/ Jeera
1/2 Teaspoon Carrom Seeds/Ajwain
1/4th Teaspoon Asafoetida/Hing
1/4 cup chopped Mint/ Pudina
1/4 cup chopped coriander/dhaniya
2 tbsps chopped curry leaves
Garlic/ Lahsun 2 tbsps
Green Chillies Hari Mirch 1 tbsps
Adrak/ Ginger 2 tbsps
2 small onions finely chopped
Besan Batter For Kofta Ingredients:
1/2 cup chickpea flour/ besan
1/2 Teaspoon Carrom Seeds/Ajwain
1/4th Teaspoon Asafoetida/Hing
1/4th Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1 Teaspoon Coriander Powder
