1/4 TSP pepper powder
1 TSP chaat masala
salt to taste
food colour 2 to 3 drops
coriander leaves

rice preparation
400 grams rice
1 tbsp ginger garlic
1medium onion
1 medium capsicum
1 medium tomato
chopped coriander
1/2 TSP soya sauce
1 TSP red chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 TSP red chilli
1/2 TSP cumin
Salt to taste

1 medium capsicum 1 medium onion 1 medium tomato 1 tbsp butter coal for smoke

to make sauce
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
2 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 TSP soya sauce
1 TSP ginger garlic paste
1/4 TSP red chilli
1/4 TSP cumin
1/4 TSP garam masala
salt to taste
water to make paste
