Layered Coffee Pudding
A cup of coffee pudding which has 3 layers of different colors and textures!
It couldn't be better to eat this beautiful and cold dessert during summer ^ ^
Here are the ingredients and steps:

Ingredients:
Panna Cotta:
1. 250ml Milk
2. 25ml Heavy Cream
3. 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
4. 8g Gelatin Powder
5. 1tbsp White Sugar

Milk Coffee Jelly:
1. 100ml Water
2. 100ml Milk
3. 1tbsp Instant Coffee
4. 8g Gelatin Powder
5. 1.5tbsp White Sugar

Coffee Jelly:
1. 200ml Water
2. 2tbsp Instant Coffee
3. 10g Gelatin Powder
4. 1.5tbsp White Sugar

Decoration: Whipped Cream
1. 100ml Heavy Cream
2. 2tsp Powdered Sugar
3. 1tsp Milk Powder

Step:
Panna Cotta:
1. Add gelatin powder in 40ml of milk at about 70°C and stir until it is fully combined (If gelatin agglomerates in water, please dissolve it with hot water). Set aside.
2. Add 210 ml of milk, whipped cream, white sugar and vanilla extract to the pot and stir.
3. Boil 2. on low heat. After reaching about 60°C, remove from heat.
4. Add the milk + gelatin mixture of 1. and stir until fully mixed.
5. Pour it into your favorite container. Reserve some space for the remaining 2 layers and place it in the refrigerator to solidify.

Milk Coffee Jelly:
1. Add gelatin powder in 40ml of water at about 70°C and stir until it is completely mixed (if gelatine agglomerates in the water, please dissolve it with hot water). Set aside.
2. Add 60 ml of water, milk, instant coffee and white sugar to the pot and stir.
3. Boil 2. on low heat. After reaching about 60°C, remove from heat.
4. Add the water + gelatin mixture of 1. and stir until fully mixed. Let it cool.
5. Pour into the container. Reserved some space for the last layer and place in the refrigerator to solidify.

Coffee Jelly:
1. Add gelatin powder in 50ml of water at about 70°C and stir until it is completely mixed (If gelatine agglomerates in the water, please dissolve it with hot water). Set aside.
2. Add 150ml of water, instant coffee and white sugar to the pot and stir.
3. Boil 2. on low heat. After reaching about 60°C, remove from heat.
4. Add the water + gelatin mixture of 1. and stir until fully mixed. Let it cool.
5. Pour into the container and place in the refrigerator to solidify.

Decoration: Whipped Cream
1. Add all the ingredients to the bowl. Place the bowl on iced water and beat with a whisk until the lines appear and sharp corners can be pulled out.

Suggestion:
Those who don't like the bitter taste of coffee may wish to reduce the amount of coffee jelly and add more panna cotta and milk coffee jelly ^ . ^
