Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup Made In The Crockpot

Ingredients3 pounds lean ground beef4
Ingredients
3 pounds lean ground beef
4 cups bell peppers, seeded and chopped
3 TBSP dried minced onion
1 TBSP minced garlic
1 carton (32 oz.) beef broth (or 1 home canned quart)
2 cans (15 ounce) tomato sauce
1 can (28 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained (or 1 home canned quart)
4 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
1-2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
1-1/2-2 cups rice (cook about 3/4 of the way)
In a large soup pot, brown and crumble the beef with the green peppers, onion, and garlic until the beef is no longer pink. Drain if necessary. Add to crock pot.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-6 hours.
Serve.
