Michael Addition Reaction Mechanism

This organic chemistry video tutorial provides a basic introduction into the michael addition reaction mechanism which consist of a michael donor / nucleophile and a michael acceptor / electrophile.  The michael donor is resonance stabilized enolate ion and the michael acceptor is usually an alpha beta unsaturated aldehyde or ketone.
