Updated video shout out player for streamer bot!

NOTE:
GetUserVar is deprecated - if the shout outs stop working, please replace GetUserVar with GetTwitchUserVar in the c# code (Execute code sub action)

Much easier to implement, also with option to have a preferred maximum clip age! (default is 30 days)

NOTE: Requires Streamer bot 0.1.7 or later and OBS / SLOBS to be connected to streamer.bot:
TEST: If you want a higher resolution version, set the size of the source to 1920x1080 and set the following as the shoutoutfile variable:
