Emote rain v2 for streamer bot. Now with welcome emotes and special mod / vip functionality!

You can directly reference the code by setting up a browser source with URL below (note the / at the end is required):
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/
This will have basic functionality of raining emotes down whenever they are used in chat.
To have enhanced functionality you can use the options on the end of the URL:
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?rain - to be able to rain emotes using !er rain emotename emotename2 emotename3...
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?welcome - to shower down multiple copies of a viewer when they first chat
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?all - to have all the functionality.
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?welcome... - to only have the first chat response and nothing else.
To force disable the !er command, use &noer on the end of the url, for example for all the functionality apart from !er: https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?all&noer
To add Halloween related emotes, just add &halloween=10 on the end of the URL, with the number being the time in seconds between emotes dropping.
If you want to use a different machine / port for the websocket server than the default, then you can use server=machine:port format. Please note if you are using an option with ? you need to need to prefix it with &
Examples:
To run all the functionality with connecting to a server on port 8081 rather than default 8080
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?all&ser...
To have the base functionality only, but to connect to a machine on IP address 192.168.0.10 on port 8080:
https://vrflad.com/emoterain/?server=...
You can download the code to host yourself from https://codepen.io/vrflad/pen/VwMYaYo (be sure to use export and the DST folder from within that)
