Simmered Daikon with Sweet Miso Sauce (a.k.a Furofuki Daikon) Recipe
如何制作白蘿蔔＆柚子味噌醬
ふろふき大根 柚子味噌 の作り方
🐟Ingredients
- daikon radish
- dried kelp
- rice
Sweet Miso sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso (I used "yellow" type but any types of miso will do!)
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp water
- Yuzu (or lemon) zest (optional)
