I haven't posted a video for a while.

I visited Korea in February.
After quarantine for two weeks, my time in Korea flew really quickly.

As soon as I came back to America, I filmed the video.
I felt so uncomfortable cause it's been a long time since I didn't film anything haha

Today, I made a strawberry panna cotta that can be easily and deliciously made without an oven.
Before the strawberry season is over, I will diligently upload other desserts made with strawberries :)



▶Ingredients (for 2 containers, 9.5cm*9.5cm*6.5cm)

[Panna Cotta]
-100g heavy cream
-100g milk
-26 g sugar
-4g gelatin sheets: can be replaced with the same amount of powdered gelatin
-1cm vanilla pod: Can be replaced with vanilla extract or paste. There is a difference in taste. Using real vanilla bean tastes much better

1) Put milk, sugar and scraped vanilla bean seeds in a pot and heat it.
2) Remove water from the previously soaked gelatin sheet and dissolve in 1).
3) Add room temperature heavy cream and mix.
4) Put in a container and harden in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

[Strawberry sauce]
-125g fresh strawberries
-25 g sugar
-5g lemon juice

1) Grind strawberry, sugar and lemon juice using food processor.
2) Pour over the hardened panna cotta and decorate with fresh strawberries.
* The strawberry sauce can be heated and boiled to make a sauce, but I used it without heating it as the freshness of the fresh strawberry disappears.


*Storage: Since fresh fruits are on top, it is best to eat it on the day it's made. Panna cotta itself (without fruits) can be refrigerated for 2-3 days after making it.
