This recipe is the cake recipe I usually make the most.
Always use this recipe when making fresh fruit cakes,
I memorize all the genoise, syrup and cream recipe.
Strawberry cake is a recipe for any baking book.
I have a lot of baking books at home too. I think I have more than 10 strawberry cake recipes.
You may think that this recipe is not particularly different from other recipes,
Sheet, syrup, and cream are all recipes that have been adjusted several times.
Keep all the ingredients and make it as it is.
It's a taste you won't regret.

▶ Materials (1 Mold of Diameter 15cm)
[Genoise] 1.5cm * 3 sheets

[Syrup]
Sugar 30g, Water 45g, Kirsch 5g
: Kirsch is a distilled liquor (brandy) made by fermenting cherry, which is often used in confectionery. If not, replace or omit with another liqueur.
1) Put sugar and water in a pot and heat it, or boil it once in a microwave.
2) Please put Kirche.
* If you don't like the smell of alcohol, add it when it's hot, and after the syrup has cooled down, add the alcohol to make it more fragrant.
[cream]
Heavy cream (38% milk fat) 300g, sugar 21g, mascarpone 60g, kirche 5g
1) Add mascarpone, sugar and kirche to the cold heavy cream and whip until it hardens.
2) Use a whisk to adjust the texture to suit your needs.
* The piping tip used is dumpling tip (No.108).
