In this Sims 4 speed build we are building a modern New York townhouse! This modern townhouse is located in Canal Corner (20x15) in Evergreen Harbour. The modern brownstone house has a an industrial exterior with 4 floors, rooftop terraces and a ultra modern interior with 2 bedrooms (one kids & toddler room) and 3 bathrooms. It is the perfect modern house for a young stylish family.
