In this Sims 4 speed build we are building 3 modern New York townhouses! The brownstone townhouses are located in Waterside Warbles (30x30) in the spice district of San Myshuno. The modern townhouses are all furnished in three different styles and colours making use of lots of gorgeous custom content (full list of packs and creators below). The middle townhouse is the biggest with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is kept in brown and terracotta tones, the one on the left is kept in black and light brown wood and has 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and the one on the left being the smallest is a 1 bed, 1 bath but has an office and a photo studio as I thought it might be fitting for a young professional sim trying to become successful in New York.
