Ingredients for 1 homemade brioche:
- 250 g of flour T45
- 25 g caster sugar
- 5 g of salt
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 150 g of eggs (about 3 but it is absolutely necessary to weigh them)
- 100 g of soft butter
- 1 egg for gilding
