Which board size should you use with FoilDrive?

Ok, so there's no right or wrong here as it depends on so many factors - skill level, weight, intended use etc etc, but these are my experiences and thoughts so far for what board sizes are best and for what application, both for the original Assist and the Assist PLUS.
I do state my weight in the video but if you missed it I am 82kg.
