And now the recipe, for 13-14-15-16 pies 😜:
* all the ingredients are from my refrigerator
250 g of cottage cheese - you can have some fun
1 egg
0.5 tsp salt - without a slide
1 tsp Sahara
2 tbsp. sour cream, maybe some sour cream, maybe yogurt
about 200 g of flour, you may need a little more or less - depends on the moisture content of the cottage cheese and the size of the egg
0.5 tsp soda
a little vinegar 0.5-1 tsp. - put out the soda

Filling:
pitted cherries, 400 grams
sugar
cinnamon
semolina
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, once browned - ready!
