endodontic revision and restorative treatment on mandibular right second molar with gingival hyperplastic
more cases are available at riosuryantoro
-----
a patient came with a post endodontically treated mandibular 2nd molar with un-accessed mesial canal and broken filling. WD/ symptomatic apical periodontitis, the distal wall was left opened and no coronal seal even exist.
at first visit, i did gingivectomy and rebuild up the distal wall, and the second visit, i did endodontic treatment and coronal restoration.
