endodontic and restorative treatment on mandibular right first molar with unfinished endodontic treatment and big cavity.

a patient came with symptomatic apical periodontitis with unfinished endodontic treatment in mandibular right first molar. this molar had big amalgam and composite resin filling, and been endodontically treated but unfinished.

endodontic retreatment was done in one visit with long term intermediate restoration was done with composite resin.

i used one curve from micro-mega to finish the shaping protocols, sonic activation with EQS (metabiomed), also filled the canal hermetically with fastfill electric gutta percha extruder (eighteeth).

this patient had to went abroad, so the control treatment done only within 10 days.
