Art is a powerful tool to connect to yourself on a deeper level and express yourself in a tangible form without worrying about how it looks.
This video is intended intended to inspire you to express yourself through art as self-reflection and self-care exercise, not intended to be a therapy session or to replace clinical treatment.
In this exercise, you will be using a paper/sketchbook, oil pastels and/or color pencils. A notebook for journaling and a writing tool is a plus.
