Art Therapy Activity for Setting
Art Therapy Activity for Setting Boundaries - Personal boundaries are the limits we put between ourselves and other people. They may be physical, mental or emotional. It wasn’t until I learned what boundaries are that I really started to learn how to take care of myself. I’ve struggled with having weak boundaries for most of my life - where I find myself saying yes to agreements that don’t fully align with me. It reached a point where I completely lost myself and depleted all of my time and energy. Establishing healthy boundaries is so important for our mental, emotional and physical well-being. In my new video, I share an Art Therapy activity that will help you visualize, imagine and create what it would feel like in your most empowered state of having healthy boundaries.
