KETO DINNER IDEAS | WHAT’S FOR DINNER ON KETO? | EASY KETO RECIPES |Suz and The Crew

Here’s a whole week of keto and low carb friendly meal options. These easy keto recipes inspire me to get in the kitchen and prep my weekly meals for weight loss. I hope this Keto Dinner Ideas video gives you some dinner inspiration and helps those of you who follow a keto diet and live a keto lifestyle. These low carb recipes are perfect for doing your weekly keto meal prep and batch cooking.
First up, I cooked some Broccoli Bacon Cheddar Chicken. It was super simple to make and also a kid-friendly keto meal! By special request, we tried our hand at Keto Fish and Chips. This was our first time making Jicama Fries and it all turned out awesome! I will definitely be making this one again. Next we made a version of I Breathe, I’m Hungry’s Keto Sweet and Sour Pork. I just served it over a little cauliflower rice. This stored and reheated extremely well and was even better left over. Lastly, we made a faux Keto Beef Barley Soup, in the Instant Pot. This was a very versatile recipe that you could easily adjust to your specific tastes and the leftovers made perfect keto lunches all week!
