Asian Style Danish Loaf  is essentially the love child of Danish and Asian Style Soft Sandwich bread, inheriting the best qualities of both parties: nice and crispy on the outside, soft inside, and full of buttery goodness.  Since the dough requires less folds, and doesn't need to be rolled out very thin, it's an easier laminated dough than croissants and traditional danishes.

Ingredients (20x10x11cm)
Bread flour  300g
Milk  135g
Sugar 30g
Instant yeast  5g
Salt  3g
Egg 50g
Condensed milk 20g
Unsalted butter (soften) 20g

Unsalted butter for lamination 120g

Preheat oven to 190C/375F
Bake for 40mins

Place alu foil under the mold during baking if it has holes at the bottom.
