After finally taking some time to look over how I did my first year as a new real estate agent, I was surprised with the outcome of sales I did and how much I got made.
Every real estate agent has a different income. Some make over $100k and some make under $100k. At the end of the day it all depends on how hard you are willing to work for it.
As a new real estate agent, the first year is always tough when it comes to learning the real estate process and getting closings. Typically it takes a new agent 6 months to a year to get their first deal. For me, it actually took me 9 months to get my first real estate deal and after that it became a snow ball effect and I was just amazed on how my first year of being a new real estate agent turned out!
