Here is how I do laying sven presses on a bench with the bowflex selecttech 1090 dumbbells.
I prefer to do these with hex dumbbells as I can focus a bit more on my chest, but these are a good alternative at a home gym and include many stabilizers due to the design of the dumbbell.
