Were back to review another Nautilus/Bowflex Product! I am an NASM Master Trainer with over 14 years of training clients and am here to tell you my thoughts on the Bowflex 1090 dumbbell set. This Review is not so much to tell you about the materials and features (which I found very adequate) but mainly to give you a trainers' take on the usability and effectiveness of these dumbbells for achieving your fitness goals! I talk about their effectiveness for training every major muscle group and if these will "do the job" of giving you the tools you need to build and develop muscle at home.
I also make some recommendations for added equipment you will need to use these optimally. I hope you enjoy this review and it helps you make an informed decision on if these are right for you. For me these are a "sweet spot" for weight selection as I do not need weight under 10 lbs and the practicality of having 10-90lbs of weight fit into one space is just perfect for me.
