The 3rd video in my Brisket series! Separated the point and the flat and made some awesome Brisket Burnt ends! These are much easier to make when you use the sous vide process.. I seasoned the point with some Sunrise Cowgirl Coffee Rub from FreshJax Organic Seasonings! The Hasty Bake Gourmet worked great on these and I had room for all my food!
