Once Every Four Years Comes Such A Puzzle...

Happy Leap Day!  The 29 February doesn't appear too often and we have a great way to celebrate it today in the form of arctan's new sudoku.  Simply rules and the digits 2 and 9 used to provide ALL the clues!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in cages sum to the indicated total, as do digits along diagonals. In both cases, digits may repeat if allowed by other rules. To celebrate leap day (29 February), totals for cages and diagonals 'leap' over twos and nines (i.e. these digits count as zero towards the sum of any cages/diagonals they appear in/on).
