Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow’s circle. A border square is a 2x2 square that crosses at least one box border. For all border squares except for the four marked in grey, its two diagonals sum to the same number. The diagonals of different border squares may sum to different numbers.
