Cycling tips for different cycling workouts. Here is this week's cycling workout. Over Under intervals have been one of my bread and butter interval workouts lately to increase vo2max and threshold power. It is also a workout that I prescribe to a lot of my athletes this time of year. It has a lot of benefits. The biggest is it seems to hit on some Vo2 max power and threshold power so you hit two things for the price of one. It is not an easy workout, especially if it is your first real race type intervals of the year. Stick with them, and I promise you will see the benefits of them.
