These rules must be followed❣️
1. All dishes must be perfectly dry
2. Remember: eggs are at room temperature, and cream for cream is always cold!
3. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and place a sheet of parchment on top
4. Sugar should be fine, if you are not sure about sugar, take powdered sugar or make it yourself in a coffee grinder/blender.
5. Check the temperature and readiness every 10 minutes! Do not open the oven for the first 10 minutes!

Ingredients:
Meringue:
- 150 g powdered sugar or fine sugar
- 4 squirrels
- nuts optional

Bake at 180° for about 20 minutes (check your oven), the cake should not burn, in the first 10 minutes it should rise a little, start at 180°, if blush appears, lower the temperature to 170°, after about 12 minutes the meringue should remain elastic but a little rough. Attention! Strictly 20 minutes, or there is a chance to take the MEringue out of the oven😂. Separate the parchment from the meringue base immediately after taking it out of the oven!

Cream:
- 300 g cream
- 50 g sugar
- vanilla sugar to taste
- any fresh berries 300-400 g
