ONE YEAR OF ACL SURGERY RECOVERY

If you need knee surgery, I hope this video gives you hope. A year goes back fast when you're looking backwards. Looking forwards though, it takes forever. The process of recovering from knee surgery felt like it took ages. While I wasn't able to bend my knee, walk, or jump, time moved slowly. Now I can see the big picture of it all and realize I was getting better every day.
