It has officially been 3 years since my ACL surgery - and it's time for another update video! In this video, I want to share about how my knee feels now that I'm 3 years post-op, including how it feels when I play sports, and just in day-to-day activities.
Going through ACL surgery as an athlete (or non-athlete) can be a ridiculously scary thing at first, but I hope to share my ACL recovery journey as a story of inspiration and hope as IT IS POSSIBLE to get back to nearly normal again (even if you have some setbacks along the way like I did....RIP my kneecap lol).
