This Vietnamese dessert classic is hard to describe.. It is chewy, aromatic and so good. You're just gonna have to try it.


Honeycomb

Wet:
6 large eggs
1/3 cups of sugar
2 tblspn oil
1 tspn salt  
1-400 ml can coconut milk
½ tspn pandan paste

Dry:
2 cups of tapioca startch
5 tblspn rice flour
1 ½ tspn baking powder

Instructions:
-set oven to 315 and place 10” bundt pan inside
-strain 6 eggs
-add sugar, oil, salt, coconut milk & pandan paste
-in a separate sift tapioca starch, rice flower and baking soda together (layer as you add them in)
-add your dry into your wet mixture and slowly combine to avoid bubbles
-strain that entire mixture
-spray the hot bundt pan with a nonstick spray and add the mixture in evenly, cover with tin foil
-bake for 1 ½ hours, remove tinfoil for the last 15 min
-let it cool slightly and enjoy warm!
