Do you know these cookies? This is an old forgotten French recipe and very simple, fast! Thanks to its butter content and the tempera of the dough with the fresh cream, we obtain a light puff pastry (without having to do anything)! Its salted milk glaze brings a delicious touch to this biscuit. A 4 ingredient recipe. There are also Captain biscuits (English), drier but also very interesting and which are made from flour and milk only. Good tasting !
Ingredients :
175g flour + 50g sugar
5g salt
75g butter
4 tablespoons fresh cream
Milk + salt to brown
1 - Butter can be replaced with quality margarine.
2 - The milk can be replaced by vegan milk.
3 - The cream can be replaced by coconut cream or oatmeal or soy cream.
