Learn to make mixed vegetable in Chinese style

INGREDIENTS
Vegetables required for Mixed  Veg:
• 2 medium size diced potato
• 2 diced carrot
• 1 cup french beans cut into 1inch
• 150 gms paneer cubes
• ½  cup green peas


For gravy
• Onion 1 sliced
• Onion 1 flakes
• 1 tomato puree
• 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
• 5 dry red chilly
• 8-10 cashew nuts
• ½ cup Fresh Creme

Dry Spices

• 1tsp Chilly powder
• 1tsp black pepper powder
• 1tsp turmeric powder
• 1tsp Garam masala powder
• Salt to taste

For Tempering (Chinese Tadka)

• Butter 1tablespoon
• Finely chopped 1 inch ginger
• Finely chopped 10 cloves of garlic
• 4-5 green chilly slitted
• 1 diced capsicum
• 1/2 teaspoon soyasauce
• 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
• ½ cup finely chopped Coriander leaves ( for garnishing)

1 cup Refined Oil for frying veggies, preparing gravy and tempering
