Khade masale ka qeema is
Khade masale ka qeema is a quick recipe.. Very easy to cook and tastes amazingly awesome...
preparation time: 10 minutes
cooking time: 30 minutes
ingredients:
300 gram minced mutton
2 medium size chopped onions
2 whole red chillies chopped
15 cloves of garlic chopped
2 inch ginger chopped
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp salt or as per your taste
2 green chillies
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mango powder
hot spices:
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
1/2 tbsp cloves
method:
in a pan roast together coriander and cumin seeds for 2 minutes.
make a coarse powder of it.
heat oil in a cooker for about 2 minutes.
add hot spices and saute it for 30 seconds.
add onions and fry for 2 minutes.
just fry the onions till they get translucent.
add minced.
fry for a while.
add red chilli, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and salt.
fry it well for 10 minutes.
add coarse powder of cumin and coriander seeds.
add mango powder as well.
mix well.
add 1 cup water, close cooker,bring to full pressure on high flame.
reduce heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
turn off the flame.
allow cooker to cool naturally for 10 minutes.
ready to serve.
serve with roti or rice.
