Mexican salad

[Ingredients]

1/4 (450g) cabbage
50g sliced ham
50g carrot
1 tbsp (10g) vinegar
1 tbsp (10g) sugar
5 tbsp (70g) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (10g) coarse salt (pickling)
2/3 cup (120g) fresh cream
Black pepper


[Directions]

1. Julienne the cabbage and salt it for 30 minutes.
2. Finely julienne ham and carrot.
3. Squeeze out water from the salted cabbage.
4. Put the julienned cabbage, carrot, and ham in a bowl.
5. Add vinegar and sugar, and toss them well.
6. Add mayonnaise, fresh cream, and black pepper, and mix.
7. Put the salad on a plate and finish with black pepper.
