⭐️THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Full Body Dumbbell Workout (NEW Build Format) ⭐️

► EQUIPMENT: Medium-to-Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 15-20 lb dumbbells.

► FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate with modifications offered for ALL fitness levels!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️ 3 Circuits
✔️ 3 Moves Per Circuit (isolated exercise, multi-muscle group exercise, endurance exercise)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30/15 for isolated exercises; 40/20 for multi-muscle group exercises; 50/30 for endurance exercises)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
✔️ 3-Minute Burnout Ladder to Finish

►Workout Outline:
🔥 30 Rep Challenge: Squat + Alternating Chop

1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Iso: Upright Row + Front Shoulder Raise
2. Multi: Single Arm Upright Row + Clean + Squat Thruster R/L
3. Endurance: 5 Squats + 5 Push Press

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Iso: Split Lunge R/L
2. Multi: 2 Back Rows + Clean + 2 Split Lunges R/L
3. Endurance: 2 Single Arm Plank Rows + Burpee + 2 Lateral Lunges R/L

3️⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
1. Iso: Single Leg Glute Bridge R/L
2. Multi: 3 Glute Bridge March + 3 Skull Crushers  
3. Endurance: Chest Fly + Reverse Crunch
