We begin this video tutorial by bending the simplest profile: the flat bar.
Next, we place the small and medium rollers in such a way that they can be easily adjusted to the exact dimension of the U-shaped profile to be bent.
This same setup allows us to bend the U-shaped profile in both directions.
Tip: If we intend to make a complete circle, it is advisable to adjust the initial position of the profile to the maximum, as we show in the video. This prevents the uncurved section that remains at the end from being too long and colliding with the axes when closing the ring.
Tip: When bending round welded tube, it is important to place the joint at the front or back, never at the top or bottom, as it can alter the dimension of the curve's radius.
In this tutorial, we manufacture a protective fence. The automatic control mode allows us to produce these pieces in series.
Tip: For bending large dimension profiles, we must place the rollers in such a way that the material is always worked as close as possible to the inside of the axis.
Tip: Especially with large profiles, we can lubricate or grease the material in order to facilitate the bending process. This recommendation minimizes the machine's effort and prevents the profile from being marked.

We demonstrate how to make an oval table with square tube.
By adjusting the standard rollers, we can bend solid round bars up to 50 millimeters or 2 inches.
Tip: We should always remember to loosen the nuts half a turn after making contact with any type of profile.
In this tutorial, we will also replicate a spiral made with 20-millimeter tube and an outer radius of 130 millimeters.
Horizontal arrangement allows for large curvature radii. We show how to build the structure for a greenhouse using 2-inch galvanized tube with a radius of 1250 millimeters.
Tip: When working with large profiles, it is important to bend them in the section closest to the machine's axis. This prevents any mechanical overload.
Tip: If we want to achieve smaller radii in smaller dimension profiles, we can change the arrangement of the upper axis rollers so that the material contacts the outer zone of these rollers.
Bending a construction area is very simple, as we use rollers for round tubes. We also bend an angled profile with a radius of 450 millimeters.
Tip: To prevent the material from abruptly hitting the straightener, it is advisable to cut the upper wing of the angle into a miter shape. This practice, only necessary for large dimension profiles, smooths the material's entry.
To bend small steel tubes, Nargesa manufactures D7 tempered rollers with two channels for two different measurements in the same roller. For larger tubes, we machine them with a single groove. For more delicate materials such as stainless steel, brass, copper or aluminum, we manufacture the same type of rollers but in Sustarín, a high-resistance thermoplastic that avoids possible marks and contamination from contact between different materials.
The bending assistant allows for working in automatic or manual mode. With the profile library, it is possible to choose its geometry and bending direction. We can also consult the database of radii, where it is possible to add new records, edit existing ones, or delete them.
