This Total Body Workout has it all!  Strength, cardio, compound moves, core focused and low impact!  We are moving through a series of exercises that move your body in all directions.  Strengthen and tone your legs, arms, glutes and abs with minimal equipment or even no equipment.  2 Blocks, 15 Moves, 45 seconds work, 15 seconds rest, NO REPEAT.  We are going to finish with a Killer 10 minutes Core using gliders (paper plates or towels) or you can do without. 5 Moves, 30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 3 Rounds!  If needed you can always just do the first section and come back the next day for the killer core.  Are you ready?  Let’s Go!!
