Fake Ublox GPS module? Cannot change settings!

Here we have either a fake UBLOX chipset with a ublox label stuck on it, or the designer forgot to connect the serial receive pin. This means you cannot 'talk' to the module and change its settings, hence making it useless for any application that requires different settings to the default 9600, 1HZ refresh.
