食谱Ingredients:                        
高筋面粉 Bread Flour                    320g
可可粉 Cocoa powder                   20g
细砂糖 Sugar                                  55g
即溶酵母 Instant Yeast                 4g
冰牛奶 Cold Milk                            245g
食盐 Salt                                          4g
无盐黄油 Unsalted Butter             45g
装饰 Topping:
白巧克力 White Chocolate Chips   40g

预热烤箱至350F / 180C ,烤箱中层烤25分钟
Preheat oven to 350F / 180C , Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes

*牛奶的用量:夏天用量可能要会减少一些,不同品牌的面粉的吸水性不一样,也需要酌情添加或减少牛奶的用量
*建议隔水加热融化白巧克力。微波炉加热时很容易烧焦,不好控制温度
*根据个人口味,适当增减细砂糖的用量

*如果需要用保鲜膜包裹保存,需等白巧克力凝固后再盖,否则会粘黏在保鲜膜上
