T0RTA DI PASQUA 🐣 Pan di Spagna al Cacao inzuppato e farcito 🐣

A delicious and beautiful cake, to make or to give for Easter Day, will brighten up your tables! Colorful, cheerful and delicious, it will appeal to everyone, young and old! I made it for a themed birthday! Easy to do I recommend it! Happy Easter everyone! 🙏🐣♥️

🌡️ Cooking: at 165° Static 160° Ventilated for about 20 minutes

 📝 CACAO SPONGE PAN: 24 cm mold
4 eggs
120g Sugar
2 tbsp Boiling water (to help the eggs whip)
Vanilla
120 g 00 flour
30 g Bitter cocoa

FOR FILLING:
400 ml Sweet whipping cream
Nutella
1/2 cup of Coffee

FOR THE WET:
150ml Sugared coffee
150ml Water

FOR THE NEST EFFECT:
100 g Bran Sticks (All bran type)
200 g dark chocolate
50ml Cream

1 chocolate egg
Orange liqueur (such as Cointreau)
Colored eggs
