Plane Windscreen Explodes Mid-Flight | Air Crash Investigation | National Geographic

As the pilots begin their decent, disaster hits and the cracked cockpit windscreen of Sichuan Airlines 8633 explodes, sucking the first officer partially out of the window. As the aircraft nose dives towards the mountains the first officer hangs on at 32,000 feat above the earth.

The high terrain below means impact is imminent, the crew must battle gale-force winds and oxygen deprivation if they have any hope of landing the plane safely.
