Moments before landing in Perm, Russia, air traffic control notices Aeroflot Flight 821 climbing instead of descending as a result of the pilots losing control of the plane. They are ordered to restart their approach path, however, Flight 821 soon crashes on the outskirts of Perm, killing all 82 passengers on board the Boeing 737. How did this landing turn into a fatal disaster?
