CBSE Class 10 Science Chapter 6 - Life Process - Introduction to Life Processes -
Many life processes run in our body that ensure proper survival of Human Body. What are Life processes? The processes which occur inside our body for the maintenance of the body. There are total 11 systems in our body that take care for this maintenance.
Energy is needed for the maintenance of our body.
1. This energy is extracted from the food we eat with the help of the digestive system and respiratory system
2. This energy is transported by the circulatory system to all body parts
3. Waste materials generated in the body are then removed by the excretory system.
We will be studying all these systems in detail in not only humans but also plants and unicellular organism.
